That time of the month

That time of the month where you realize you haven't been posting a lot about your miniatures and terrain work. There has been a lot happening under the hood, new modular interior terrain, i've been working on the warship, and a lot of painted miniatures are waiting for some last minute retouches - some handling damage because we played with them - and some above zero dry weather so I can varnish them and give them some much needed protection. Expect more on this soon (tm).

Te new scorpion man, looking like the first one

 

Another fellow on my desk is a new scorpion man conversion, again a joint venture between a giant scorpion and a nude berserker. Here's a pic of that one, he's good to go, just needs varnish as well. With the freezing cold being less of an issue, I hope to varnish all the new miniatures early next week.

Another great hirst session

Hirst terrain blocks are brilliant stuff, but one has to invest a considerable amount of time in order to get some serious quantity of blocks. We did and here's today's yield. It looks like a lot but you need a lot of blocks to make stuff. Still, we are putting some effort in regularly, and slowly but surely we're getting together a lot of cool looking terrain.

New RuneQuest scenario started

The party en route for Moonbroth

We started a new campaign yesterday, with the party coming under attack in Pavis, and having to flee the city. They head for the Old Wind Temple, a dangerous voyage indeed.
